Legend Golf and Safari Resort

The Legend Golf and Safari Resort consists of an exceptional golf course with a luxury estate as well as facilities where wildlife and spectacular landscapes are all part of an intended lifestyle.

The Resort is situated within the Entabeni Safari Conservancy in the malaria-free Waterberg Region of the Limpopo Province of South Africa, where the Big Five roam free. This unique resort sets new standards in exclusivity and tranquillity. It reflects the rich cultural legacy of this ancient part of Africa. An exceptional residential estate, where the Big Five roam free, epitomises a wholesome family lifestyle in the bushveld.

The Resort includes privately owned homes, but also an 18 Hole championship golf course, a golf academy, a driving range, a hotel, recreational facilities, a wellness centre, a “Field of Legends” sports complex as well as a multi-functional conference centre.

The design and layout of the Resort has been done in a way that minimizes the impact of the development on the natural environment. It preserves the pristine bushveld and makes the Resort one of the most environmentally sensitive of its kind in Africa.

As the Legend Golf & Safari Resort Suites are built in the bush there are no fences or gardens within the resort grounds - just 210 wonderful rooms, built across the bush within the resort.

The suites, consisting of three or four individual bedrooms linked by walkways, offer accommodation of unmatched, timeless elegance dedicated to relaxation and reflecting the African wilderness.

Panoramic views are enjoyed through large picture windows while glass sliding doors lead onto a secluded outdoor patio. The generously proportioned bedrooms, measuring approximately 36.21 m², include a small seating area and luxurious en-suite bathroom with double vanity, spacious shower and separate bath.

In- room facilities include a TV, telephone, mini-bar, safe, tea/coffee making facilities, ceiling fans and air-conditioning.

The combination of design elements and high quality finishes ensure a uniform standard of luxury and elegance throughout the Resort.

  1. Maybe we had anticipated something more the same as a hotel. Legend Resort is yet very much work in progress. The reception is most perfect and our accommodation was in a very modern one bedroom unit in a block of four. It lacked the feel of a hotel and sensed that you should had part of a small house on a large housing estate. There was no data about the recourse in the room or even in reception. I reckon what we were making was renting a room in a fractional possession development.
